Due to the Blessing of the Fleet festival at Waterfront Park, we will meet this Sunday at 5:00pm at the track and run the trails of Laurel Hill park.

The first practice of the 2019 T&F season will be Monday, April 8th. Like all weekday practices, it will be from 6:00-7:30. There will be a parent meeting from 7:00-7:30.
